What can you be doing at home?

Aim to have a structure/routine to the day.
Plan activities/projects to complete with your child.
Talk to your child about activities/projects that they are interested in. What would they like to find out about?
Share your timetable for the day with your child.
Look for opportunities to build your child’s independence. What learning can they do on their own?
Be mindful to limit screen time.
Create a space for learning and encourage your child to take responsibility for keeping it clean and tidy.
Have fun with learning!

Abacus Children should all have a log in to this site - teachers will allocate work as and when the need arises. You will be asked for a school code, which is crps and you will need to have pop-ups enabled for your browser.

PurpleMash All children should have a log in for this (the same as their Abacus login)

Times Tables Rockstars Please practice your times tables as much as possible! Log-in details are the same as for PurpleMash and Abacus.

Numbots Use your TT Rock Stars username and password to log into Numbots and practise addition, subtraction and number bonds.

Twinkl Children do not currently have a login for this but may be given one if the need arises

Office 365 All students have free access to Office 365, using their school email address (e.g. joebloggs@cookhamrise.org) and the password they use to log onto the computers at school.

Minecraft All students have free access to Minecraft Education Edition until June 2020. To access this, use your school email address (e.g. joebloggs@cookhamrise.org) and the password you use to log onto the computers at school.
