Welcome to the Ash 2 Class Page. We have a very busy year ahead of us and have planned many fun and exciting learning opportunities for the children. 

Mrs Strawson and Miss Maher are the class teachers assisted by Mrs Brett and Mrs Bond.

We look forward to experiencing the journey with you.

Helpful information

Homework will consist of daily reading, weekly spellings and your child’s activity book. The children will also have access to Times Tables Rockstars.

Reading books need to be handed in every morning. Please read with your child daily and update their records with a comment. We celebrate relentless readers (children who read every night) weekly with their names on our recognition board.

There will be a spelling test every Monday and, again, super spellers (children who get all spellings correct that week) will be added to our board. 

PE kits will need to be in school Monday - Friday as PE is taught twice a week.

Library visits are on Thursdays.
