My partner and I are delighted with our son's progress at Cookham Rise Primary School. He runs in enthusiastically every morning because he has a great teaching team which he adores and there is a very nurturing attitude in his class. As parents we really like the caring and inclusive atmosphere of the school and the fact that the school strongly values the development of social as well as academic skills. We are also very impressed with the high quality of communication and leadership at the school.
I am writing to thank you for letting me come to your school for work experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my week and got a really good feel of what working as a teacher is like. I would particularly like to thank the staff and pupils in Year 4 as they made me feel very welcome and confident. I will now strongly consider teaching as a future career thanks to the brilliant week I had.Former Pupil

The children were all so enthusiastic and happy. Their singing, speaking and actions were first class – a real joy!
Grandparent about the Christmas KS1 show:
I would like to thank you and your school for your kind assistance during The Queen’s visit; everything went extremely well and the feedback from the Palace was very positive.
The children put a lot of effort into their projects and their involvement was one of the highlights of the day.
