Our goal is to provide a range of opportunities for all children in the school to lead healthy and active lifestyles. We continue to strive to improve the quality of teaching and learning in curriculum PE lessons as well as looking to offer children a range of sporting opportunities through the provision of extra curricula clubs, either before, or after school. We were delighted to have earned the Silver Sports Mark Award in September 2016.

Autumn 2016

Clubs

We are delighted to be able to offer two new clubs this term:

  • A Hockey Club for children in Years 5 & 6. The club is run by parent volunteers (to whom we are very grateful) on a Tuesday morning
  • A Tag Rugby club for children in Year 3 - 6. The club is run in association with Maidenhead Football Club and costs £50 for 10 sessions.
  • A free Multi Skills Club for 16 children in Years 1 & 2 for 6 weeks from 9th November. The sessions will be led by Nathan from MNR Coaching.

A number of our clubs are run on a voluntary basis by parents, if you feel you can offer your time and/or expertise to help run an existing club, or start up a new club, please do let us know!
