  Huge thanks for your help supporting us to raise money for the NSPCC. As I said in the newsletter last week we have been very fortunate to receive funding to help pay for the track and so it is great to use our running track to give something back to the wider community.  Read more................

  I had a lovely week last week, particularly enjoying time spent with the children running and having the chance to have a chat with them (unless they were running past me!) We are really working on developing the children's resilience and I was pleased to be able to talk about what the school is doing at a conference last week. Also lovely to see the school in the Maidenhead Advertiser at the end of last week showing their running skills!

  I’m sure you can’t have failed to notice our new track! We are really delighted with it and it has been fantastic to see the children enjoying their running and talking about running more as a new year resolution. Staff have also taken to the track and we are feeling very

  Happy new year everyone and welcome back!

   

  It is lovely to see our running track complete and I will update you next week with regards to how we are using it. It has already attracted a lot of interest from the children and the media and tomorrow Mark Jordan, a Public Health Commissioning Officer for RBWM is coming in to make a short film about the track and the Daily Mile.
