  The weather has turned! Please could you ensure that children have appropriate clothing for being outside as, if at all possible, we would like them to be outside at break and lunchtime.

  On Friday the school watched videos made by the children in Year 6 who want to stand for head girl and head boy. I was really impressed with all of them and felt very proud; what came across was their love of the school and them putting kindness at the heart of the role. Incredibly difficult to choose just two of them which is why we ask all the children to vote! I will announce our new head girl and boy in the newsletter next week.

  Welcome back!
  A particularly warm welcome to all the new families who have joined us this year.
  The children have made a fantastic start and are clearly delighted to be back with their friends. I have been amazed by their positive attitudes coming into school and it is lovely to see how quickly they have settled.
