Mon 02 Nov 2020I know that for many of us November may be looking a little daunting with lockdown back in force but I am really pleased that we are able to remain open and hopefully provide some stability during this period. With strict following of our plans, teamwork, some good humour and a little bit of luck we will get through!

Mon 12 Oct 2020On Friday I attended a RBWM COVID briefing and following that would ask that all adults congregating near school, on the playground or if needing to come into school wear a mask.

Mon 28 Sep 2020The weather has turned! Please could you ensure that children have appropriate clothing for being outside as, if at all possible, we would like them to be outside at break and lunchtime.

Mon 14 Sep 2020On Friday the school watched videos made by the children in Year 6 who want to stand for head girl and head boy. I was really impressed with all of them and felt very proud; what came across was their love of the school and them putting kindness at the heart of the role. Incredibly difficult to choose just two of them which is why we ask all the children to vote! I will announce our new head girl and boy in the newsletter next week.

A particularly warm welcome to all the new families who have joined us this year.
The children have made a fantastic start and are clearly delighted to be back with their friends. I have been amazed by their positive attitudes coming into school and it is lovely to see how quickly they have settled. -

Mon 13 Jul 2020It is a really strange end to the school year and I am sorry that we have already had to say farewell to Years 3 and 4 until September. We now have a week with Years 2 and 5 before saying goodbye to them on Friday and then to Reception, Years 1 and 6 on Tuesday of the following week. The last day of school is Tuesday 21st July when we will finish at the usual time.
