We know that a healthy active lifestyle is important when times are 'normal' but during these challenging times it can bring lots of benefits besides the obvious physical ones.

 

There are a variety of ways to stay active, both indoors and outdoors, so why not try some of the suggestions below and get your endorphins flowing to boost your mood, help you sleep better, improve your fitness levels and most importantly have some fun!
